In January 1981, I started as a Motor Vehicle Apprentice at Fraser Ford, previously known as JF&RM Fraser, which was then owned by the wonderful, Mr Jim Fraser. He was a very astute entrepreneur, with the business having a very strong customer service driven culture. On completion of my apprenticeship, I continued working as a motor mechanic and in 1992 and 1993, I was awarded “Ford’s Top Queensland Motor Vehicle Technician”, which was in recognition of my dedication to the business, the brand and my development as a Motor Vehicle Technician. I spent the next 3 years running the Agricultural Workshop, before transferring back into the Automotive Workshop as Service Manager. I am a family man and treasure the close relationships I have with my parents and relatives and have three fantastic children I am very proud of. In 2003, after 22 years, I had the opportunity to purchase a major share of the business, and was appointed Dealer Principal/Director of Fraser Ford. I am very proud of the business it has become, and my staff, an amazing team who are like family, are the best in their fields, and are committed to providing every person with the best customer experience, whilst promoting the fantastic products we sell and service. I enjoy my role as Dealer Principal and look forward to meeting new people every day, so next time you are in the area, feel free to pop in and say Hi.

Come in and meet our Parts Manager, Peter Bartlett (aka BART, an avid Penrith Panthers NRL supporter, but we won’t hold that against him), for all your Ford Parts needs. He also looks after our Parts Department for our Mower & Agricultural division. We are stockists for Claas, Mahindra, Landini, Sitrex, Hustler, Craftsman, Stiga, Cub Cadet and Rover. His extensive experience, 15 plus years in charge of Fraser Ford parts department allows him to provide a great deal of knowledge and experience to this role, which will make all your parts ordering a breeze. He will ensure the overall service/parts experience that you will receive at Fraser Ford is exemplary.
